These terms govern the use of our services and website. By booking a service with Greenleaf Cleaning, you agree to the following terms.
- Services
Greenleaf Cleaning provides residential, commercial, and communal cleaning services, including but not limited to office cleaning, commercial cleaning, communal area cleaning, grounds and waste area maintenance, gardening, Airbnb/rental turnover cleaning, residential cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, post-event clean-up, and window cleaning, across Greater London, Kent, and Essex.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information given at the time of enquiry and may be adjusted following an on-site assessment if the property differs from what was described. We offer price matching on comparable quotes and discounts for bulk or contract customers, at our discretion.
Bookings and cancellations
• One-off bookings: cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled clean may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
• Contract customers: cancellation terms will be set out in your individual contract agreement.
Access to property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot gain access, a call-out fee may apply.
Payment
Payment is due at least 48 hours before the clean is due to commence, or it will be subject to cancellation. Contract customers will be invoiced according to the terms agreed with their dedicated contract manager.
Our responsibilities
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill.
Liability
We will take care to avoid damage to your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate. Our liability is limited to [the cost of the service / repair or replacement, as appropriate], except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Complaints
If you’re not satisfied with a clean, please contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a resolution, such as a re-clean.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available on our website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
